4. Executive Session pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c) (2) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act (if requested):
a. Personnel – To consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony or a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity.
b. Litigation – To consider any action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent.
c. Real Estate- To consider acquisition, lease or the selling price of real property.
5. Reconvene to Open Session (possible actions following Executive Session)

a. Discuss/Approve City of Marion Right of Way/Easement Proposal for Russell Street Park
