a. b. Litigation – To consider any action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent.

b. Discuss/Approve renewal of employee healthcare with CMS.

a. Discussion of 2015 / 2016 budget draft.
b. Discuss / Approve Ray Fosse Park usage per Marion Park District Ordinance11-03 Section 8 for Preacher Mary Christen to have a public gathering including music and ministry with date and time to be determined
c. Discuss / Approve Ray Fosse Park or Ashley Park usage per Marion Park District Ordinance 11-03 Section 7 & 8 for Mary Petty to have a dog show / fundraiser for new business startup in July 2015.
d. Discuss / Approve J.W. Jones Park usage per Marion Park District Ordinance 11-03 Section 8 for Child Evangelism Fellowship to have a public gathering in the park from June 29 through July 3 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
e. Discuss / Approve IPARKS Insurance renewal.
f. Discuss / Approve proposal for computer security services (Geek4Rent).
