2. Board Approval of Abstract of Votes and Declaring the Duly Elected Officials

Duly Elected Officials:

• Commissioner Gott

• Commissioner Sheffler

Action: Abstract of Votes approved and two (2) duly elected officials declared to the Marion Park Board of Commissioners.

3. Board Reorganization

a. Oath of New Commissioners

Oath of office administered by Kim Bauernfeind–Moore and repeated by Commissioners Gott and Sheffler.

b. Nomination and Election of Officers

President

• Motion: Commissioner Sheffler nominated Commissioner Gott as President; seconded by Commissioner McReynolds.

• No other nominations.

• Motion to close nominations: Sheffler; Second: Gardiner.

• Roll Call Vote:

  • Gardiner – Yay

  • Sheffler – Yay

  • McReynolds – Yay

  • Welch – Yay

  • Gott – Abstain

• Result: Motion carried 4–0–1 (those present).

Vice President

• Motion: Commissioner Sheffler nominated Commissioner McReynolds as Vice President; seconded by Commissioner Gardiner.

• No other nominations.

• Motion to close nominations: Sheffler; Second: Gardiner.
