Special Events

The Marion Park District welcomes special events and gatherings in our parks. All special events must be submitted for approval by the Marion Park District Board of Commissioners at a regularly scheduled board meeting (4th Monday of the month).

For more information about hosting a special event, please contact the Marion Park District Administrative Office to speak with a staff member. You will be asked to provide a brief description of the event or activity you are interested in hosting. This information will then be presented to the Marion Park District Board of Commissioners for review.
