a. Discuss / Approve performance / evaluation of Executive Director Odum for FY2027.
b. Discuss / Approve performance / evaluation of Deputy Director Bauernfeind – Moore for FY2027.

a. Discuss / Approve Resolution 26-03 OSLAD FUNDS Resolution.
b. Discuss / Approve the request to hold a Blueprint for Success 5K on December 5, 2026, at Pyramid Park.
c. Discuss / Approve increasing the rental deposit for the cabin rentals from $50.00 to $100.00.
d. Discuss / Approve allowing the negotiations committee (Commissioner Gott, Commissioner Welch, and Executive Director Odum) to finalize the current negotiations on the table with the Local 318 IUOE.
e. Discuss / Approve I-Lamp for all of Marion Park District park locations.
f. Discuss the 2016 Bond with Bernardi Securities that will come up for renewal in September 2026.
